Three separate clients all charged with Domestic Battery had all their charges reduced to Disorderly Conduct. Then they were sentence to court supervision. None will have convictions.

My client was charged with felony Agg. UUW. We negotiated it to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

My client was charged with felony Retail Theft after having committed a third offense. We negotiated a dismissal of the felony.

My client was on probation for a felony drug offense and was charged with a new Agg. Assault with a knife felony. We prepped for trial and on the eve of our final pretrial obtained a dismissal by the State.

My client was a commercial driver. He blew over .20. We negotiated a dismissal of the DUI. His license will not be revoked.

Mr. Terry was charged with felony theft after he removed a trailer from a neighbor's driveway at the request of a 3rd party. We forced the State to either dismiss the case or try it. They dismissed it.

I was able to secure substantial bond reductions for two separate clients this week. Both were charged with Agg. Unlawful Discharge of a Firearm.

My client is charged with a class X drug felony for possession of one ounce of cocaine. The bond was set at $150,000. We argued for a reduction to $5,000 cash. The judge agreed with our argument. My client is now out of jail on bond.
