My client was charged with DUI. We filed a motion to suppress and negotiated a reduction of the DUI to Reckless Driving. He kept the amended charge off of his record.

My client was charged with manufacture/distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography. We negotiated a dismissal of the manufacture/distribution charges and he received probation.

A client's estate filed suit against a local hospital for their son's death after he was involved in a serious car wreck. The hospital and doctor settled the suit for $900,000. This amount was $500,000 greater than the mediator believed the case was worth.
