I attended Drury University and graduated with a degree in Psychology and Criminology in December of 2021. I received an athletic scholarship for triathlon while working in undergrad. I was employed by a law firm that practiced estate planning, probate, and medicaid planning. I enjoyed that line of practice. While attending law school, I obtained my personal training certificate and group exercise certificate and was employed in that field. I graduated cum laude from Northern Illinois University School of Law in May 2025. I was sworn into the Illinois Bar in November of 2025 and immediately began working at Polinske & Associates.
I tried my first jury trial in December of 2025. The case involved several felony counts and one misdemeanor count, and I prevailed on the felony counts. I represent clients in all criminal matters, including felony, DUIs, misdemeanors, and traffic. I have conducted multiple SAFE-T Act detention hearings for clients, and have prevailed on many of them. I also represented clients on SAFE-T Act denial appeals. I help clients with estate planning, probate, and wills. I currently assist on preparation of appellate briefs.
If you would like to discuss any case involving any criminal charge or estate planning, please feel free to call me and I will be happy to discuss with you.
