My client was driving her mother's car and was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The police seized the car. They erred when they served her with notice and a setting for the probable cause hearing more than 14 days after the seizure.

My client was charged with DUI after her blood test revealed the presence of five prescription narcotics. We negotiated the rescission based upon two errors committed by the arresting officer when finishing the Notice of Suspension paperwork.

My client was charged with cannabis trafficking after an Illinois State police trooper stopped his car. After a K9 sniff search his vehicle was searched and he was arrested for not only the trafficking charge but also being held on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

My client was charged with armed violence after having been stopped in his vehicle by police. The search revealed a loaded handgun near the driver's seat, 470 grams of cannabis and some cash. We got the mandatory time offense dismissed.
