My client shot another person one time. The other person had been acting as if he was going to attack my client. He had reached for his waistline as if he had a firearm and my client shot one time. The state has come off the 1st Degree Offer and has extended and offer of 2nd Degree Murder.

My client was arrested after a loaded handgun was discovered in his car after a traffic stop. We negotiated a dismissal of the felony charge.

After being convicted at jury trial of assaulting three police officers with a firearm my client was sentenced to probation today.

Ms. Gary-Turner was charged with a felony Agg. UUW after her daughter refused to leave her residence. We announced ready for trial and at the final pretrial setting the state dismissed the charge.
