Mr. Payne was charged with four felony counts for Agg. Assault of a Peace Officer and Obstruction of Justice. We conducted a jury trial. He was convicted of three counts and found not guilty of the fourth. This is my 138th jury trial

Mr. Wilson was charged with Agg. DUI with Fatality in 2023. He reached an agreement with the State on 9/4/24.

Multiple clients received dismissals on the August 2, 2024 traffic docket per negotiations.

My client was charged with DUI after failing field testing. He is over 65 years of age. The state agreed that field tests are not valid after that age and dismissed his case.

My client was charged with UUW after a neighbor stated she pointed a firearm at her. We obtained a dismissal of the charge.

My client was charged with child endangerment after she allowed a registered sex offender to care for the child. We negotiated a dismissal of the charge.

A second time DUI offender client of mine had his DUI dismissed per negotiations.

My client is charged with a variety of drug offenses including manufacture of methamphetamine. His car was seized during his arrest and held pending forfeiture. We negotiated a release of his vehicle.

My client was charged for operating a vehicle while his license was revoked for DUI. We were able to negotiate a dismissal of that charge.

My client was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. We negotiated a reduced misdemeanor charge and she was given court supervision as a disposition. She will have no conviction.

My client's BMW was seized by Madison Police and they began a forfeiture proceeding on it. We successfully negotiated a release of the very expensive vehicle pending the final hearing.

My client was arrested by Carlinville PD. He refused the field tests and a breath request. We negotiated a rescission of his statutory summary suspension. We also negotiated a future reduction to a Reckless Driving with Supervision.
