We were able to negotiate an Unlawful Possession of Weapons by a Felon down to a misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct charge. The original charge was a class 3 felony, punishable by 2-10 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Needless to say, we are all very happy with the outcome.
