I did not represent Mr. Wiggington in this case however was asked to comment upon the resolution. I believe the resolution to be fair in similar to many other DUI dispositions in Madison County, Illinois. Everyone makes mistakes during their lives. I know Mr. Wiggington professionally and have always believed him to be very intelligent and a nice person. I applaud him for moving forward on this case and concluding it swiftly.
