TEMPORARY MAINTENANCE
Any requests must be accompanied by a Financial Affidavit on the form approved by the Illinois Supreme Court, Supporting Documentary Evidence such as Income Tax Returns, Pay Stubs and Bank Accounts. The Affidavits and Supporting Documents are not made part of the public record.
The Court now hears Temporary Child Support issues on a summary basis predicated upon the allocation of parenting time, financial affidavits, tax returns, bank statements and other relevant documents. These evidentiary hearings can be held for good cause shown.
