My client found out almost a year after an incident that he was charged with Domestic Battery. He had moved out of state and asked me enter as his attorney and Quash the warrant. We did so.

My client was charged with drug trafficking after 16 pounds of cannabis was discovered in a rental car her was operating on Interstate 70. We negotiated a dismissal of the trafficking charge (6-30 years) and obtained 24 months probation with a dismissal of all charges at the conclusion.

After being charged with Methamphetamine Trafficking 5 pounds of processed product my client was facing 30-120 years if convicted. The charge was ultimately reduced to Methamphetamine possession and the sentence was four (4) years probation.

Ms. Debra Cole was charged with Forgery and Official Misconduct after a clerk claimed to have received an altered doctor's note from her. Mrs. Cole adamantly denied the claim against her. She was charged with both felonies and placed on leave. We tried the case and the jury came back Not Guilty.
